Positive: Super helpful staff. Good warm room on a cold wet day. Best breakfast so far in Italy with a good range of choices. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant too. Secure place to store our bicycles.

Negative: Villagio Mancuso was quite deserted ( off season)

Summary: Excellent hotel - particularly amazing breakfast.

Positive: One of the Gems of the Sila, we will only stay here when in the area. The Owner's Staff and Management are all on point. They not only make us feel welcome but our Dog Grace is also made to feel welcome. Exceptional facility and it should be supported by any and all travelers to the region.

Positive: Pillows and bed were excellent. Great breakfast, excellent dinner but above all we and our dog Grace ,were made to feel welcome. We felt like home away from home and will ne sure to return.

Positive: Good location in pretty village. The breakfast was very good and the evening meal was of high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 nights.

Negative: WiFi was a little intermittent and depended on the location in the hotel.
