Positive: Everything was just great. I travelled with my two (large) dogs to the World Dog Show in Bologna and all 3 of us felt very very welcome here. I believe this is a family run business. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean, the location was in close proximity to everything one might need (tobacco shop, restaurants, gas station...).
