Summary: The hotel has great potential and is located right across a very nice beach. But I found two cockroaches on different days in our bedroom, and the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi did not work. Also, no hot water! We had to turn on and off the shower constantly to get hot water for a bath. Asked for a credit at the front desk for this and I was told that they were so sorry, but no credit. Definitely requires maintenance and better customer service.
