Positive: We stayed there for four nights. Place is quite interesting and it is interesting experience to stay in a castle. Room was quite ok, we got everything we expected to get. Good service and food.

Negative: The room was a bit dark, but not so critical. It was cold a bit, but from other side, it give extra castle feelings.

Positive: It was a great experience staying at the castle. The grounds surrounding the castle were absolutely beautiful and fantastic to explore. The suite was comfortable and staff helpful.

Negative: The facilities in the room were minimal. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the night we stayed, but the breakfast was excellent.

Summary: A wonderful experience staying in a grand castle in beautiful surrounds.

Positive: Nice room for us in the tower. Beautiful location with big park around. Great breakfast. Definitely a place to stay if you are around Alastkivi.

Positive: The castle was an usual place to stay. You need to know that there are only four rooms in the hotel and the rest of it is castle and one that opens to the paying public. We thought we were being left alone overnight but were reassured to know that the staff lived in the castle when they are working. And the staff are fabulous, full of interesting information, very knowledgable not just about the castle and very attentive to our needs. Beds was comfortable enough. If you want food after 6pm you need to go to the village, which was a fruitful adventure and you select breakfast items when you arrive. This is limited, but good quality ingredients and we were well looked after at breakfast.

Negative: Bathroom fittings were old and brass and didn’t work very well so showering was not great experience. Needs a bit of updating!

Positive: Fantastic and nicely renovated romantic place. Very frienldly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Early arrival was no problem. Nice walk around in the museum and basement. Great breakfast and dinner. Especially the sommelier made our stay unforgettsble. Thanks again!

Positive: Personnel was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast, as it was low season, we were asked to preorder breakfast last night. There was sufficient selection of dishes. Could be added an option to get some vegetable milk to coffee.

Negative: We stayed in tower suite, there were windows in the room, but some small ones were near the floor and the others , in tower bedroom, under the ceiling, so there was no view from the room and the room was quite dark. Bathroom was very tiny and poorly lit.
