Positive: No words can describe how amazing this place is! It’s beautiful! The hosts are the most amazing attentive people I’ve ever met in my life! I will be going to Greece every year and I’ll be staying at this property each and every time! THE BEST is an understatement!

Positive: Literally everything! The place is indeed unique as it provides you with a few minutes away path to the beach, has an amazing swimming pool, airport next to so you can enjoy flights landing all day long ( night time it doesn’t disturb at all), and most important - away from the crowds touristic places like capital Fira or Oia. Apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable pleasant stay, including private terraces ( my recommendation to ask for apartments 3 as it has a sea view as well 😉). And the best part are people, owners, that are always there to help, meeting you at midnight for check in like in our case, giving you a plan for an every single day with top places and spots to go and enjoy your stay in Santorini. As well as housekeeping, with cleaning and towels change every single day, ready to assist with any of your requests.

Negative: Too short stay, 4 days only, definitely not enough.

Positive: After visiting the island, my faith in people was revived; I have probably never met such kind and sympathetic people as Matthew from Alafouzos Studios on Santorini. This person was always in touch with us 24/7. We had a late check-in and Matthew arranged for us to be transferred from the port to the hotel in the shortest possible time, left us snacks and drinks, turned on the lights in our room and left the door open. He took care of us like family. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay (hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, etc.). The room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. During our entire stay at the hotel, Matthew gave us all the necessary information, was interested in our stay, and organized transfers for us and our guests from other hotels who arrived on the island in connection with our wedding. When we moved out, Matthew gave us a wedding gift that we never expected, I was overwhelmed with emotions, I was sad to leave, I couldn’t hold back my tears of joy that we met such people in such a beautiful place on earth!

Positive: the pool and surrounding area was delightful. water was very very clean. apartment was spotless. Hostess Efi was super helpful. the beach was walking distance and pretty. the town of Kamari was 10 minutes away and had everything one could need from beautiful beach to restaurants to stores of all kinds

Negative: the wifi was spotty and slow. the TV seemed to have very few channels. the area where the mirror is could use more light for putting makeup on. interior seating could have been a bit more comfortable.

Summary: if you have transportation this property is an excellent value!
