Summary: Property was easy to find and plenty of space for our group of 4. Pool was cold but clean and the kids enjoyed it. Saw dolphins and manatees swiming in the river and caught quite a few fish from the dock. Overall everyone enjoyed their stay.

Summary: Nice house, great location. Could use some screen doors attention. Donna, the manager was prompt, courteous and excellent to deal with. She had the house clean and ready for to be occupied. Will stay there again.

Summary: Lovely neighborhood location. Very clean and well kept indoors. Kitchen and baths nicely updated and very clean. Tile floors nice and cool, easy to clean. Minimal furnishings kept things simple and easy. Not a big fan of the leather/pleather sectional and chairs, but the beds were comfy and towels plentiful. Foosball table was a nice fun surprise. Freeway noise across the water was a distraction at times but the dock area, fire ring and pool still kept us outdoors. The island in the river provided constant entertainment with many boaters landing to fish or picnic. We enjoyed the pelicans, ducks and many birds on the river. Outdoor areas of the property are a bit rough. Overgrown gardens and yard need some love. Aging pool and cage/lanai in need of cosmetic repairs. We did not use the unheated pool though it was cleaned while we were there. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Manager was very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. Way more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel. We should have stayed longer!

Summary: Family had a great stay this past week. House was very clean and plenty of amenities. Dock is nice and relaxing and caught plenty of fish. Property manager answered us very quickly with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: The property manager did a nice job communicating and was friendly, and location right on the River was pleasant. But the smell of smoke inside was unpleasant, the pool is not heated (equipment broken), outdoor furniture near fire pit wasn’t usable, and no cable and very few digital channel options are the main detractions. The price is reasonable, so a decent value for what it was.

Summary: My partner and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The house has very basic furnishings, especially the kitchen. We had major plumbing issues during our stay. Toilet backing up, septic smell in the house, etc. The property manager and the owner were quick to address the issue but unfortunately there was not a quick fix and it took the better part of a week to resolve. We were hoping for some kind of compensation from the owner for our inconvenience but have heard nothing from him.

Summary: Great property, very clean and organized. Beautiful and right on the river. Eating breakfast at the kitchen table while watching all the jet skis and boats go by was very majestic.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our weekend very much. The communication with the property manager was great. The property itself was also very nice. We would definitely recommend this property! Next time we’ll bring our fishing gear 😊.
