Summary: Floors were very dirty, mold in bathroom, one lamp in room with a bent and dirty lampshade, drawers dirty, etc

Summary: The one staff member at the hotel was great. Upon checking in, we had a room with mold, curtain hanging off the wall, broken light switch. He moved us to another room, which honestly wasn’t better. Knobs old & rusty, footprints on wall, carpet was really dirty. Potential is there, just really old and needs a whole turn over. Front entry lobby was remodeled and beautiful.

Summary: Front desk assistance was great. Very friendly & extremely helpful. Quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was good but limited on food to choose from. Not a bad stay considering the great rate offered for stay. Overall, I'd give it 3 1/2 stars and would recommend for short stay.

Summary: There was little to no hot water to shower. There was no in-room coffee. There was no grab bar to enter the shower / bath tub. The refrig & microwave worked well. There were no donuts or eggs or healthy cereal at breakfast. The breakfast started at 6:30 & should start earlier, if there is no coffee in the room.

Summary: it was very clean and the employee was very respectful the Breakfast was perfect as the POOL and the sport area. I t was a great stay at that Hotel we are very happy and very convenient for our Needs . BRAVO HIGH SPRINGS INN IN ALACHUA FLORIDA USA.

Summary: The room was dirty and the sheets were not changed and the room had not been cleaned. The management was very apologetic and made every effort to rectify the situation. Don't think I would go there again just now but have definitely not ruled out going there sometime in the future. Big kudos to management for making ammends

Summary: Nice room, had a clean odor. Towels were thin and dinghy. Refrigerator fell out every time we opened it and the top of it had about an inch of dust. Staff was very sweet and nice.
