Positive: Perfect location right next to the main Monte Lussari gondola. The room and bathroom were clean and the bathroom was spacious. We were lucky to have the whole floor and kitchen area for ourselves, which made the stay even more comfortable and peaceful. The host was very kind and generous with food and told us we could also use it in the evening. Tarvisio town center and shops are only a few minutes away by car.
Negative: Breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, but for a short 3-night stay it was absolutely enough and we always had plenty of food available.
Summary: Great location for skiing, very clean and comfortable stay, and excellent value for money.

Positive: Lovely location if you want to ride the Alpen-Adria radweg. It's walking/riding distance from the Eurospar. The breakfast is pretty much on demand, so you can eat it for dinner if you like, plus there was homemade cookie as well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Every need we had got solved superb.

Positive: Very nice host. Perfect location close to the main lift. We enjoyed the breakfasts including the home made cakes! (BTW some other reviews complained about the breakfasts "volume", but that's not the problem anymore, we got toasts, eggs, yogurt, juice, fruits ...)
Negative: The bed was too soft (but this is of course a matter of personal preference). The Wifi signal in the room was very low.

Positive: Giulia was great and her place phantastically situated. Really best place in Tarvisio/Camporosso. And there is also Richie! :-)
Negative: If I needed something, Giulia gave it to me. For us it was everything all right.
