Positive: The hosts are lovely, they take extra time to make sure that everything is alright. The location is quiet and nice, pretty close (by car) to the beach and Po's Delta. We had everything we needed and the breakfast was ok.

Negative: We were 2 families, one in a double room and one in an apartment. The double was renovated and was lovely, but the apartment was a little oudated and the biggest issue we had was the noise. The apartment is not soundproofed and we heard quite well what the neighbours were doing. Also, the bathroom is a little small and weird. Overall it was a nice stay and we had a pleasant time.

Positive: Riccardo and Sarah were great hosts and the location was central and unique. Truly little Venice. The effort Riccardo made with breakfast was outstanding and truly appreciated.

Negative: Needs finishing touches - simple things like two water glasses and two chairs for two guests. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would also improve the stay.

Summary: A few details improved would make the overall stay much more appealing.
