Summary: My journey in Lebanon is truly a love story and this lovely family owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! They’re truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are absolutely fantastic and it feels so good to sit outside in the garden . I highly recommend this lovely hotel to my friends and family thank you Almurjan Fam. Love you

Summary: Broken room key, every time we need to access the room one of stuff must come over to open the door. A/C is not working properly and the room in afternoon becomes like oven. The music was way high and stayed after 02:00 Am after midnight

Summary: The location is great. Just a short walk from great eats and touristic sitings. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help with anything requested. The check in and out were easy and fast. All staff are always happy and smiling. We would recommend this beautiful modern and very clean hotel to our friends and family.
