Positive: The owner and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. We were taken on a tour of the house and the history explained. Lots of tips and advice on the local area and watching sunset over the mountains from the terrace was beautiful

Positive: Beautiful old house converted into hotel at the top end of the old town of Al Hamra. One side of the roof provides a view over the town and palm grove, while the other side looks towards Jebel Shams. Great sunsets.

Negative: The shower did not have much water pressure.

Positive: -Location next to old city of Al Hamra , Nice well design -The place have small indoor jacuzzi/pool -Lots of parking - quiet location - lots of outdoor sitting areas with view

Negative: -When arrived staff was not in reception, claimed that she thought I will arrive 10pm not 9 pm ( I highlighted in booking my arrival time ) -i gave the amount in cash however didn't give me back my change ( she claimed no change available ) even during check out still no change was arranged or giving . - no view from the room - staff was not available in the reception when I went for check out ,waited for a while . - internet not working in all areas - closed antique store

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering hospitality that made us feel right at home. Their warmth and kindness made us want to extend our stay and definitely return in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious .
