Summary: Choosing a hotel in Dubai for the first time is challenging, given many excellent options. Our two-week stay at Al Habtoor Palace was perfect, and we enjoyed every day. I read a review from a seasoned traveler who always returns here because of the staff’s genuine hospitality, and I can confirm that. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff made our stay memorable. Many knew our names, which added a personal touch. Special thanks to Shorouk, the friendly receptionist; Chat, the exceptionally helpful concierge; Dorothy, who greeted us every morning; Mohaned, who greeted us at breakfast with a smile and kind words; and waiters Zelle, May, and Yoon. The kitchen staff worked tirelessly, and the pastry chef’s beautiful creations were a highlight. The breakfast restaurant manager often stopped by to check on us personally. In the evenings, we loved dining at BQ French Kitchen and Bar—gracious manager, helpful waiters Ashif and Neel. Kiran, who welcomed us daily, and late-night concierge Stephen, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you, Adarsh and the housekeeping team, for keeping the rooms spotless. Convenient restaurants and a supermarket nearby made everything easy. The hotel’s complimentary shuttles to Dubai Mall and the beach were invaluable. Its prime location near landmarks and transport made exploring Dubai effortless. Overall, our experience was outstanding—luxury, architecture, and unparalleled hospitality truly set Al Habtoor Palace apart.
