Positive: Clean, simply but sufficiently furnished room and apartment, 4 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 shared kitchen. Good and quiet location. Good location for trips to the center of Faro and especially to the surrounding towns and the Ria Formosa National Park.

Negative: This is not a criticism, rather information for future visitors (I personally am interested in such information -) : During a stay of several days, it is necessary to take into account possible rapid exchange of guests of neighboring rooms in a shared apartment, especially in the high season. But we did not disturb each other during our stay.

Positive: Great room, very clean and tidy.

Negative: Oven didn't work Far from beaches and any tourist entertainment

Summary: Great stay wish it was better located but guess that's why its cheaper.

Positive: The apartment is modern and has been renovated recently even though the building and neighborhood it’s so so. The bus station it’s a couple of blocks away. The bus would take you to downtown Faro in 10 min. From there you can take a ferry to Faro beach and in 30 min you are there. Good place to stay and reasonably priced when compared to other properties.

Negative: Parking is a big problem everywhere in Portugal and it’s difficult to find street parking in all cities and towns, especially in Lagos and Faro for those of you thinking on doing a roadtrip. We were lucky and found a spot in front of the building but could not move the car all those days that we stayed there for fear of not finding another spot to park. The apartment does NOT have a designated parking space. The mattress needs and upgrade as it’s very thin and noisy. The cleaning lady was super rude the last day of our stay but the host mentioned that he was going to address this with her.
