Positive: Lots of green allover, quiet oasis very close to the city centre

Negative: Complaining at a very high level.... I favour breakfast buffets. Still, the breakfast was great.

Positive: Bipesh is an amazing manager, he was very kind and helpful. Gave us so much insight about the place and were and what as a tourist I can visit. The property is a lot greener compared to almost any property in that region, they have small pool and gym facilities. A small cafe too. It is a very well kept and maintained boutique property. I loved the experience. Location wise, they are very close to Nizwa fort and souq. With just one rial, you can book a taxi.

Negative: I wouldn't say, I didn't like but a few things to improve here and there, 1. There is no dustbin in the room it's only in the washroom. It would really be great, if they plan to start a restaurant too.
