Positive: cute little place, very awkward bedrooms, but nice neighbours and helpful local when we coudnt identify which property was ours. we also liked the local cats,, The upstairs terrace was nice, but our time there was very hot! (heat wave August)
Negative: disappointed to find the shower fitting not fixed to wall fitting, another strange coffee maker meant another pod purchase.
Summary: good situation in town, lovely pizza restaurant across the road, thoroughly recommend Massa Fina..

Positive: Location is a few minutes from castle and other historic places. Clean. Had all we needed for a family of 4. Lots of treats and supplies including water, milk, cereal, toothbrush and toothpaste. The communication and adjustment to our needs were exceptional : we received sheets for an extra bed after checking in and although we end up not needing it, they gave us permission to stay past check out hours to accommodate a work zoom meeting at 14:00. Would stay again.

Negative: The very steep stairs not just to the main part of house which I knew about but there’s two other steep stairways if you want to get up to the terrace, my old knees were struggling

Positive: very central, walking distance to the city center and castle. - Amicable and responsive hosts - Clean and new space - Lots of amenities (coffee, toilereteries, towels, etc) - air conditioning
Negative: - not a complain, just a heads up that there is a flight of stairs to reach the flat, so wouldnt be suitable for people with mobility difficulties
