Positive: I stayed at Al Azhar Jeddah Hotel with a friend and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Haitham Omar who assisted me very well during my stay. You can feel they truly care about their guests. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Positive: Room was very nice and big. Everything was clean. Personal was very helpful. Very big thanks for manager Haitham Omar, which every day ask about your staying in hotel, if it's everything all right. Highly recommend this hotel. Situated around 10 minutes by walk to city centre.

Positive: Great Service.. All the staff are very warm, specially the hotel manager Mr Haytham who is always cheerful and takes care to make the stay comfortable. Keep coming back here for all my work trips to Jeddah. Rooms are very clean and a great view of the small lake, specially from the top floor restaurant. Hotel has a lovely and extensive breakfast spread. Suggest to not miss it. Hotel is pretty well known to Taxis and Food delivery guys, ensuring smooth service.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The manager, Mr. Haitham, was particularly amazing and outstanding, he checked on me to make sure everything was good, his warm welcome, hands-on approach, and genuine care for me truly elevated the experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom stuff. The breakfast was yummy, with lots of choices. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
