Positive: Clean and fragrant cotton sheets and towels! Comfortable semi hard bed and pillows. Quiet room facing an internal courtyard. The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom that had a bath. The shower had great pressure. Walking distance to the Citadel/ Tourist spots. It was Ramadan but they offered breakfast on request.

Negative: The room was rather warm and the AC did not work properly.

Positive: The hotel is perfect. Great location 5 minutes from the citadel. Very clean, good internet and hot water. Great beds to sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend it as the best hotel to stay in Erbil (i stayed also in other hotels that were more expensive but provided less good services) Don't think about it, book it and it you will not regret it
