Positive: The hotel was immaculate, any issues we had were quickly resolved, the staff were very attentive. Everything about the hotel had a quality feel to it.

Negative: When we booked we understood the Sea Club would be open but unfortunately it was completely closed as there was a delay in opening for the season. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, so it was disappointing.

Positive: Wonderful location and a really luxury feel. The flat had an amazing view and everything was very high spec, really clean and new. We loved the spacious terrace overlooking the bay and all rooms were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help.

Negative: The main pool area was already shut for the season and we didn’t know. Too cold to use the pool probably but would have been nice to still be able to use it to relax and admire the view.
