Positive: George the host was wonderfully helpful. The villa is well equipped, the kids particularly enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. It is a very short drive from many large supermarkets / bakeries in Paralimni, and the fabulous beach at Fig Tree Bay.

Negative: You need a car to get around, as the villa is a fair distance from the tourist area. However, it is more than made up for by the quiet surroundings (we were not worried about our kids making noise and disturbing neighbours) and great views up on the hill.

Positive: Very spacious and beautiful and the pool area had the sun all day. You will need a car but easy to get to Protaras and Parmalini. The host was amazing and answered any questions really quickly and was so helpful with any questions.

Negative: I have spoken to host that drawers are needed in downstairs bedroom

Summary: Enjoyed every minute of our stay we would return

Positive: Plenty of space with large rooms, entertainment (pool table recently? Refurbished, pool, dining area etc.), private and generally good throughout. Large parking garage (fitted two cars) and more space available. Location was great in Protaras and easy to get around with taxis with nothing too far away. Host (George) is great - happy to provide recommendations and helpful throughout (with early check in/late check out where available, any questions and general support).

Negative: Maybe a little dated, pictures are pretty accurate however but there’s been little change in 4/5 years (not that it really needs to as it was likely highly spec'd when first available for rent!) Can be a little hard to find as it’s nested in a turning off Akefalou at night!

Negative: Maybe better beds in all rooms since some rooms had better beds than others but overall no issue.

Summary: Epic and very good place to stay for family and friends. Especially if you want a remote place.
