His genuine care for guests, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor set the tone for an exceptional experience. He personally checked in with us during our stay, ensuring everything was perfect, and his team mirrored his commitment to excellence. What truly sets this hotel apart are the thoughtfully curated daily activities. Whether you're looking to relax or engage, there's always something happening during day on the pool or by the sea and everybody just jumps in a have fun. Evenings, the hotel transforms into a hub of entertainment and connection. Live music, themed nights, and social gatherings create a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. This second visit has only deepened my appreciation for the hotel and its team. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality so seamlessly. Positive: The resort is suited for family vacation, focusing on entertainment for kids .. the pool games was exceptional , the Aqua park was diverse and well maintained, food is mostly oriental and taste is good .. the customer care and welcoming gesture is really outstanding, especially from Mr. Wael the facility manager and Mr. Fouad in the reception .. everything was suited for satisfaction and wellbeing of the guests

Positive: I liked that you can access directly from hotel to coral reef and do great snorkeling. Water park was also a good fun with many various slides. Buildings are not too tall - our was 2 stocks.

Negative: Overall there hotel has a lot to offer, but the quality is not great. Regarding food, we got 2 times stomach problems. Other example - ping pong paddles are fixed with tape, A/C was very loud etc.

Summary: We chose this hotel because of direct access to coral reef and water park, both were great.

Positive: Fabulous resort, especially good for children and families. Many beautiful pools, huge Aqua Park, great entertainment and the food is WONDERFUL! Huge variety and very good quality, we had something different every day and my picky eater children were very happy! Our (very spacious and comfortable) family room was right next to the Olympic pool, it was great to just be able to come out and jump right in! The staff are amazing - extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hosni for looking after us so well! We were also able to organise a babysitter so my husband and I could dive together. The reef is staggering! Still very healthy with crystal clear water and a multitude of tropical fish. You can snorkel with the tide from one pier to the other.The diving center is very well organised and again the staff are lovely. We saw an enormous octopus on the welcome dive! An absolute treasure trove. It is a wall which drops down to 50m in places, so your buoyancy must be good. Would return in a heartbeat!

Negative: It is very big so lots and lots of walking - I didn't mind but people with mobility issues should be aware, since it's not always that easy to arrange a golf cart (you need to go to Reception for that).

Negative: No real bar ‘in’ the swimming pool No golf facilities Few hangers for towels in bathroom A la carte restaurants are not attractive (not beautiful inside, no great views, food quality was not better than main restaurant).

Positive: I stayed in this hotel for a few nights to rest on my trip around Egypt. The hotel is like any other. Clean, big, even quiet at night. The food is ok, but nothing special. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of traditional dishes. There is no access from the beach to the coral reef. However, the service is good. Mr. Wael from the reception is a diamond in the crown of this hotel, you could say that Mr. Wael is the crown of this hotel. If it weren't for Mr. Wael, for me this hotel would have nothing interesting to offer like most hotels. Every hotel should have its Mr. Wael. I have never met a person in a hotel who helped me with every little thing, and at the same time sat down for tea and talked to me about life.
