Positive: Our stay at Akasha Suite III was absolutely amazing. From the breathtaking views out of every window to the private swimming pontoon and the unbeatable location just a short drive into town, everything was perfect. The apartment itself was light-filled, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the balcony was simply sensational. Vassili was a fantastic host, always available for anything we needed, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. This property is truly unique and unforgettable – we will most definitely be back!

Positive: We loved staying here. The flat is comfortable and stylish but the best thing is the position - right on the water. The views are wonderful and you can swim from the private jetty just under the house (though slightly cold in April!) Vassili and Ileni were helpful and attentive hosts.

Positive: LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Uninterupted spectacular views of the Ithaca coastline, mountains and sea...and silence in abundence...pure bliss! We knew THE VIEW would be pretty special having passed the property several times on previous trips to Ithaca, however, it's not until you walk into the apartment you get the full appreciation of that view! The apartment is fairly well equipped with the essentials and its easy to self cater if you wanted to as there is a superb full size steam oven, small hob. Always plenty of hot water, very comfy bed and comfy outdoor furniture.

Negative: The kitchen is fairly well equipped, just a shame there is not a full size mtaching hob which seemed odd as there is sufficient space. Although if you plan on cooking then utensils are a bit limited as is storage space for food items. But these are minor details. Very limited storage / wardrobe space - if you were staying for longer than 3-4 days you may struggle with where to put your clothing etc. so you need to travel light! The only thing we really didn't like...that we had to leave after a blissful 3 days!

Positive: I’ve visited Greece many times to many different islands and this quiet little apartment was by far one of my favourites! It’s situated in an empty bay with no other properties around and has private access to the ocean with a swimming pontoon and deck chairs, super relaxing!

Negative: No complaints! The only thing to note is a car is necessary as the property is maybe 30 minutes walk to the town but less then 5 minutes by car :)

Positive: Magnificent view. Tasteful , stylish and top quality decor , appliances and furniture , including powerful shower and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Service of linen change mid week. Thoughtful and generous welcome gifts. Responsive and helpful host throughout from booking , arrival and stay. Easy access to the sea below the accommodation. Quiet location and no noise from other guests. Perfect stay and will certainly return and recommend to others.

Negative: For those doing wanting to self-cater, a few more kitchen utensils like a vegetable peeler , chopping knives and grater etc would be useful.
