Positive: Location is very good , spa facilities clean, breakfast is exceptional .

Negative: No cappuccino or espresso, only Turkish coffee (really good) and tea. Instant coffee doesn’t count for coffee in my opinion.

Summary: Comfortable, nice people, good location ,easy access , clean facilities. Pleasant experience.

Positive: During my stay at the hotel, I was genuinely impressed by many positive aspects. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to key areas of Ankara. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very good bed and plenty of space to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful — they assisted me with the wake‑up arrangements and took care of my payments smoothly. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered several options for prepared eggs and a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, the spa and hammam facilities were truly outstanding; the service quality and overall experience were excellent.

Negative: However, my stay was unfortunately affected by one significant issue — the noise level during the nights. Either the sound isolation of the rooms needs improvement, or I was simply very unlucky with my neighbours. All three nights were disturbed by excessive noise: the worst was on Friday, when I had to call reception after midnight because guests next door were having a loud party with several people in the room. The noise was so strong that even earplugs did not help. On the final night, new guests arrived after 3:00 a.m. and continued loud conversations — almost shouting — until 5:00 a.m. This was extremely disappointing, as one would normally expect guests to respect quiet hours in a hotel environment where rooms are not separated by heavy walls. Aside from the noise issue, everything else was very good, and I appreciated the manager’s assistance on the second night when the reception intervened and managed to stop the disturbance.

Positive: The lobby and check in process is nice with valet parking and help to get the luggage to the room. The pool, steam room and sauna are nice. Everything is a little old and management could be tidier keeping service room closed but it’s a nice place that probably had its best times few decades ago

Negative: I did the booking via booking.com for my family of 4. They gave me two rooms. When I received the confirmation somehow it showed two rooms for only two adults. When I contacted the hotel via booking.com I had to tell them we are 4 and they were ok with that. After our stay, during the check out we were told we had to pay extra, but we did the booking for 4 people ! So we had to go back and forth to find a middle ground. Finally, we had to move to another room because one of them smell really bad

Positive: The location is convenient if you travel by train. Breakfast was good, many fruits, greens, and a variety of local cheeses. There was a cook preparing individual omelettes if you ask.

Negative: The main problem is that it's allowed to smok in the rooms despite the restriction signs. Moreover there are ashtrays in the rooms. As you can expect rooms have corresponding cigarette smell.
