Positive: Absolutely amazing place. Right near Akagera National Park. Airport pick up, game drives and other activities can be arranged. Even before our arrival we were in regular contact with the property and all queries were answered promptly! Once there the staff was so welcoming and wonderful. Atmosphere, cleanliness of the property and food were perfect. Even at 5am breakfast was served. Lunch packs could be ordered. We would highly recommend this lodge and will defiantly be back! Thank you.

Positive: The staff was amazingly friendly, kind and good humored. Communication was easy in both English and French. The water was hot, the room was comfy and had nice bedding, and the food is good. They arranged a truly wonderful tour of the game park. Also, they were very flexible.

Negative: I honestly cannot think of a thing.

Positive: Excellent communication through booking.com before trip. There waiting for us to transfer us across with early check in after an early flight. Easy to arrange game drive and very good one with packed lunches for the day. Game drive was most of the day including a boat trip. Saw 4 of the Big 5. Safe comfortable jeep. Good food.
