Positive: It’s a lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable. Very good and helpful staff. The free shuttle provided till 5pm to get to either Sultanahmet Square or Grand Bazaar is great especially in the first 2 days when you don’t know your way around the many little uphill and downhill cobbled streets. Make sure you have good walking shoes.

Negative: The rooms could do with brighter lighting for reading and putting on make up. I found it too dim.
