Summary: accueil tres chaleureux et convivial.location honnete et conforme a la description.nous etions 2 avec suffisamment de place.periode derniere semaine d'aout et 1ere de septembre.proche des commerces.tres belles balades.ile merveilleuse.gens tres sympathiques..

Summary: Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. La location est très agréable aux portes d'Ajaccio, spacieuse et très bien équipée. De plain pied avec piscine privée à notre disposition. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et accueillant. A recommander sans hésiter. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr l'année prochaine.

Summary: Il est inscrit dans l'annonce que la villa est pour 5 et comprend 2 chambres. En réalité nous n'en avons eu qu'une seule et pour le même prix que si nous avions eu les 2 !! (le proprio avait mentionné par mail, entre plusieurs infos qu'une seule chambre était dispo à cette periode, je n'avais donc pas fait attention à ça, néanmoins l'annonce EST INCORRECTE ! ) Nous avons eu le bonheur de dormir 15 jours dans un lit "clic clac", mal au dos assuré! De plus il manque cruellement de vaisselles (4 bols, 5 verres, 4 chaises longues...) et pas de lave vaisselle! Quand on est 5...c'est moyen! surtout que le mini ballon d'eau chaude est loin d'être suffisant pour faire une vaisselle à la main pour 5 convives! Nous avons demandé un petit coup de chauffage car il faisait 15 degres la nuit dans la salle où nous dormions (début mai)...le proprio nous a demandé un supplément si on voulait du chauffage...! Nous avons également eu plusieurs fois le bonheur de nous laver à l'eau froide...et le proprio nous sermonne comme quoi on ne doit pas prendre de bain ni de douche trop longue !!! .... Proprio de mauvaise fois, ne reconnait pas les manques de son appartement mitoyen à SA villa. NON CE N'EST PAS UNE VILLA QUE VOUS LOUEZ MAIS UN APPARTEMENT PAS ENCORE TERMINE (fil apparants, chaises pliables bas de gamme). De plus du linge de sport des enfants du proprio est stocké dans les placards de la partie louée! Sinon côté positif, piscine assez grande, calme, grand salon, canapé d'angle de grande taille, proche du centre d'ajaccio et des centres commerciaux. A préciser que le proprio a un chien de grande taille (labrador), qui n'hésite pas à vous rendre visite. Même si il est très gentil, je le signale pour les personne y allant avec des enfants en bas âge ou allergique.
