Positive: Location was perfect right across the road from Bluey’s Beach, and close walk to local shops, a spacious house with renovated bathrooms and fully functioning laundry, fresh comfortable furniture indoors, well presented bedrooms. 3 tv’s so it was great to have options to have kids area and adults tv viewing. Double garage for cars to be parked indoors, convenient outdoor shower and decks for everyone to spread out and have their own space - perfect for a very large family or 2 families.

Negative: Unfortunately the neighbours trees are overgrown & impact the view of the ocean it is not the same now as the image in the advertising. Outdoor furniture a little tired and rusty (understandable being so close to the beach)

Summary: Location is perfect for access to Bluey’s Beach - large comfortable home perfect for families.

Positive: Great view, and nice walk along the beach to the little strip of shops. Everything was very clean, and all kitchen utensils, glasses, etc we needed were available.

Negative: Downstairs shower doesn't have exhaust fan, and was leaking out of shower stall all over the ground.

Positive: Great location. It was well equipped and very comfortable

Negative: The areas where previous guests were clean eg. Kitchen but the bedrooms had cobwebs and dust on surfaces. There was a significant amount of dust under the lounges so this didn’t appear to be vacuumed. The exterior of the house needs some love, the dining seating and main deck were filthy, we had to hose them down to use. We understand the house is beachside so exposed but it is covered in salt and the windows are in desperate need of a clean! Other than these comments it’s a great home :)

Positive: Location was great . Lovely space for toddler to run around. Close to the beach. Spacious rooms Love the dormitory room downstairs for people to have own space. Well equipped kitchen

Negative: Screen door upstairs very difficult to open & shut. Unable to open master bedroom door onto balcony

Summary: Had a great stay with the family. Would recommend it
