Positive: It s a little gem with lots of personality. The host Chrisa was very available before and during our stay. She equipped the apartment with everything that you could possibly need, including many snacks, fruits and beverages, a beachbag with towels and suncream, and a homemade body scrub. Chrisa is very interesting and fun to talk to. Greek hospitality at its best. There is a washing machine and and outdoor shower, very practical to quickly rinse of the sand. The beach is a beautiful short walk away from the accomodation. We even swam there on the 9th of November!

Negative: Nothing. We have three kids under the age of four and once some decoration was stored away, we were very carefree. It was secure for them to sleep on the sofa bed and provided baby cot.

Summary: Little gem in quiet location near the airport.

Positive: Great host. Leaves all kinds of stuff. Left us a hot meal that she prepared for her family. It was nice not to have to go out and find a restaurant. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine. Good communication.

Negative: Shower only had a handheld .

Positive: The host was amazing -very kind and welcoming - great communication from moment of booking - picked me up from airport and dropped me back next morning for very reasonable price - It was an overnight stay while transiting through Athens - very homely and comfortable place - very different to a transit hotel and exceptional value considering options. If transiting again would not hesitate to rebook.

Negative: An overhead mounted shower piece would be good - a little difficult with the hand held in the bathtub but not the end of the world.

Positive: So this is what it's like when you love what you do! From the very first message that Christa sent me before my arrival, I could already tell this was going to be special and it really was! The welcome when I arrived was so warm and thoughtful, and Christa had thought of absolutely everything. She said that she wants her guests to feel at home, and she really does! The kitchen was filled with treats and goodies, the house was even beautifully decorated for Halloween, and there were so many little surprises everywhere. She thought of absolutely everything. And then, to top it all Christa even came by later with a dessert! I had to see for myself what kind of place could have all these 5-star reviews and why everyone says they want to be friends with Christa… and now I completely understand. She’s really amazing — caring, creative, and genuinely loves hosting. This isn’t just a stay — it’s an experience filled with heart.

Negative: To leave too soon! I came only for the last night before my flight.

Positive: We wanted to stay near the airport because of an early morning flight after our cruise and this cottage fit all our requirements…and went way beyond. Chrisa and her husband, Spiros, took care of us like we were their family. The cottage itself is private and quiet and has outdoor space to relax. It has a kitchen with anything you might need to fix all your meals. We had a short one night stay and without a car we’re concerned about finding a restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Plus, we are octogenarians with limited mobility. Chrisa assured us that she would be glad to fix us a Greek dinner. The meal was amazing and made our stay more memorable than any other place in our 3 weeks in Greece. Spiros drove us to the airport at 5:30am and handled our luggage all the way to the counter inside. They both go beyond all expectations for such a short stay. Consider yourself lucky if this cottage is available for your dates.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike about this property.

Positive: We had a lovely stay right before our flight back home. We looked for a place near the airport, but came across this really nice, clean and welcoming place! The appartment is well-styled, well-equipped and really homey. Chrisa was super nice and made sure we will get all we need, including great pasta dish for dinner, baby cot and chair for our kid, lots of goodies in the kitchen and nice drinks to enjoy in the garden. It was what we needed after long travelling day and before the journey back home :)

Negative: The bath is a bit small and old-fashioned, and the Wifi was a bit weak.

Positive: Everything was perfect, the owner treated us like family from the very first interaction to drop off at the airport. It is close to everything; you can walk to the beach, supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop and bar. We would definitely stay here again. Home itself was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable.

Negative: Nothing, my son told the owner she deserves a 12/10

Positive: Chrisa was extremely responsive to all communications - both prior to our arrival and after we got to her home. She greeted us like family - with so much warmth that it felt we were coming home. She oriented us to the cottage and then gave us privacy while also demonstrating she was available as a resource any time. The refrigerator and pantry www stocked with goodies for us to enjoy. There were beach towels and sunscreen at our disposal. She made us dinner and brought us homemade cookies by her daughter, which we enjoyed on the charming outdoor patio, outfitted with twinkle lights. The home is very well appointed and comfortable in a neighborhood that is residential and close to several beaches. The proximity to the airport helped us when it came time to leave at dawn - and we still were able to get into Athens by car ride in 40 minutes (we used FreeNow by Lyft, though had we had a car there was parking available). The value and warmth of this accommodation cannot be beat.

Negative: The only elements we might have changed were some night time barking from a nearby dog and intermittent car sounds at night on a small street where sound apparently carries.

Summary: Well appointed cottage close to the airport. Value and warmth of welcome can’t be beat.
