Summary: Excellent place for budget-minded traveler. The AC was appreciated during my August stay. The reserved parking spot was a nice perk and always available. I'd stay there again.

Summary: The pool and the spa are perfect to relax. The Bbq allow a good dinner. The carpet is very not clean in the room.

Summary: Had a good experience. Communication prior to arrival was very good. Arrived on time at 4 but room wasn’t ready. Contacted host and they had someone clean it up. Was delayed about 90 minutes. Contact with host was good but after travelling all day and already having a late check in, you can easily become frustrated. Some of the property rules are tight, with noise and trash but abidable. Appliances need fixing ( coffee maker, made a 1/4 cup and leaked ) microwave ( hard grinding sound ) fridge ( moisture inside ) but they all got the job done. Princeville is a very non-Hawaiian area, but enjoyed it the same. Not really easy access walk to the beaches as I thought. But if you want to get away from people , this is a good place. As mentioned host was very attentive to our needs prior to actual check in.

Summary: It has the basics. Small fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Very clean. I am very mold sensitive and was concerned about renting a place, but this place had no mold at all.

Summary: Great location in Kauai. The check in process was easy, loved the on site parking, and the community we stayed in was super safe. There's a great walking path by the golf course which was always being used. Minutes from restaurants and a grocery store. Beaches were about a 15 minute drive, at least to one's that were not to busy. Would stay again.

Summary: I had a great experience staying at this property. It was very central with some of the best beaches a few minutes away. The room was clean and just the right size. Will definitely be back to stay here again!
