Negative: I think the food in the restaurant wasn't that high quality than last time I stayed here some years ago. Also water in some pools felt a bit cold.

Positive: I liked the decor and the colors of the interior design. I liked the set-up of my room and it had a balcony--nice. I appreciated the extra TV channels in my room.

Negative: I have written to the Seaside via their 'info' email address my complaint about the snooty, or 'too important' young receptionist on duty at reception the Christmas morning when I checked-out.; I did not appreciate her: she could NOT be bothered to offer one single pleasant salutation like 'thank you', or 'Tack', or God Jul or Merry Christmas to me after I paid my bill and checked out. That ruined my stay at their hotel, because she was ommitedly rude.

Positive: I had a relaxing weekend at this hotel. Spacious and clean room, great breakfast. The view from the window is fabulous. I will definitely come back here with my family.

Positive: The location by the water was beautiful and we had a wonderful room with a view of that. The room was modern and had enough space for everything - and a great balcony. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options for vegetarians. We loved the spa, with plenty of options to relax and it was never too crowded so privacy was possible. Even without a car the hotel is easy to access.

Negative: The a la carte food of the restaurant could have been better seasoned - it was a bit bland. We wished that the reception could have been more welcoming and attentive as they are setting the tone of the stay.

Positive: The location was stunning with a view of the sea. The rooms were a good size with micro, mini fridge, and sink. We opted for the 4-hour spa experience. It was lovely; however quite expensive! It cost SEK 695 per person per night. YIKES! I can honestly say that I've had better hotel spa experiences that were not as expensive. Nonetheless, I greatly enjoyed my 2 night visit.

Negative: Even though we stayed 2 nights, we did not get a reduced-price for the spa.

Summary: Lovely weekend away from home
