Positive: World Class service everywhere, from reception, all pick up cart, restaurant, swimming pool gym house, horse center, cleaning lady, all staffs are so nice and helpful. Make me feel home!

Negative: If they can have coat stand in entry area, that will be great!

Positive: Located in a mountainous hot spring area which great scenery of the fall. Quiet and comforting, away from chaotic city life. The design of Chedi is crisp and chic, and easy to use. The Japanese style hot spring experience was excellent especially there was no one else. The restaurant offers great local delicacies but a bit pricey. Not much other choice of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are all very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The fishing experience could not be so good without the help of two young staff with the bait prep. Wonderful experience especially the hot spring time in the rain at dawn…
