Positive: We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights here. The customer service was exceptional. Special shout out to Massimo. No request of ours was to too much hassle. The staff are lovely people. The rooms were clean, functional and as described. The value for money is great. The shared balcony is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. The location was fantastic. We loved the included breakfast and coffee each morning, as well as the option to hire bikes to get around. The restaurant also offers a fabulous view of the Fondachello ocean and has phenomenal food, especially the pasta and bruschetta. When we return to Sicily we will be staying again.
