Positive: Clean and modern. We ordered a spacious room through Booking.com, and got it.

Negative: The big drawback was the misinformation in Booking.com’s prospect. We were very clearly promised a room with a balcony. This was the reason why I booked it. When I contacted the hotel and wished a balcony with nice views, the answer surprised me: the hotel has no balconies at all. This was a clear deal-breaker and as there was no cancelling option for this hotel, we were stuck with it. Perhaps the hotel has fed Booking.com wrong information ? Perhaps Booking.com does not control what is written in the prospects ? Nevertheless, our trip was partly ruined because of this.
