Positive: Excellent location, arrived by local bus from airport, one block walk. Location to snorkelling spots is why chosen and lived up to this. Family home and 10 apartments meant quiet, low key, pool never busy. Not lots of rules/restrictons as in larger establishments.

Negative: Having to leave!

Summary: Peaceful, chilled, family owned/run apartments great for beach/snorkelling.

Positive: The overall location and apartments are really nice! We got the apartments Nr.12. They are on the first floor, not facing the pool which was nice, because they appeared to be much quiter. The apartments where very spacious - two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All a very large and private outdoor terrace. Really cool. Parking on the street, but there is always place to park your car just next to the apartment building. The worker Magdalena is at the spot daily, so if you need anything - just ask her. We would return. Looks to be under appreciated, would like to see some love added to these apartments and they would be awesome.

Negative: When we arrived, we had mixed emotions as the apartment were not as described. So I think that is a minus, when you don't know what you will get, like in a lottery. We got a really nice apartment and I can't complain, but knowing what you are ordering should be a must. And of course there could be all the needed stuff like some olive oil, salt n pepper, sharp knives, those where missing.

Positive: This was a second time we have stayed here. We love the closeness to the sea. We find it quiet and peaceful as just 10 apartments with couples and families. Plenty of eating places nearby and Euroski (the cheapest) supermarket 6 mins away on foot. It is on the edge of Cala Ratjada which suits us as the town and harbour are very busy. Mainly German tourists but as my husband speaks German that is fine. We will hopefully be back next October.

Negative: We arrived at 1.20am but as there is not a reception knocked the main house. We knocked very hard before someone came. We had said if we knew what apartment the day before we were going to we could go straight in without disturbing anyone. As we knew the complex. But I guess without a reception in a small complex this is how it is to be safe.

Summary: Relaxing and peaceful - we love it.

Positive: The property was very clean and tidy and had comfortable beds including the extra bed requested for my daughter in the sitting room. Air-con works well! The location is excellent.

Negative: The WiFi signal was very poor and didn’t work in the apartment and sadly there was no hair dryer.
