Summary: Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin.

Summary: Amazing place, great atmosphere, feels like home, the staff are very friendly and the place is unique, 100% recommended. my family and i went February 13th and we had blessed, everything was perfect.

Summary: I am a bit conflicted about this place. The hotel is very clean, the staff is wonderful and the location is beautiful. But it would help if they offered transportation services to the local tourist sitespots like the ruins and the monarch butterfly sanctuary. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the food is ok but not the best. But the location like I said is beautiful, great to get away and relax.

Summary: We got the three-meals-a day food plan after we arrived and were glad we did. Food was very good (I am a foodie who owned a specialty food company). Service was great. They arranged for a driver to the butterfly sanctuaries for us and provided a box lunch. Can't say enough nice things about the owners and staff, the gorgeous setting, the thermal pools, etc. Easy (and inexpensive) to get to by cab from Zitacuaro. A real find!!

Summary: The resort was in a beautiful countryside setting. Approximately 45 minute drive from the Monarch sanctuary. The rooms were comfortable, but but only the basics (no TV or air conditioning). Great place to get away and relax for couple of days and enjoy nature!

Summary: Very nice hotel, kind and informative staff. Rooms are ok, big, nice and decorated traditionally. The nature around is fantastic!!! Climate is warn, subtropical. Pools have warm (not hot) water - 31°C, which is fine. El Rosario butterflies Sanctuary is about 1 hour drive away. The hotel has restaurant, but dinner was a little bit disappointing, breakfast was ok.
