Positive: The property and apartment were lovely with a beautiful view from the loggia. The mini-splits air conditioning easily cooled both rooms. Both of the owners were friendly and helpful. Please note that it is good if you speak some italian. One of the owners brought fresh figs off the tree one day which was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely stay at Agriturismo Pascucci again!

Positive: We had a good stay. Our apartment was comfortable and spacious. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The host was very helpful and friendly. The location is nice and convenient to visit other places,We recommend this place. Thank you for our stay.

Positive: This accommodation is really something special. It is situated on a hill in the countryside, not far from the city and very easily accessible by car. The accommodation itself was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious, clean with traditional elements in the peace of nature. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and as well as the aforementioned swimming pool, which our children and we loved as well. Great water, amazing views of the countryside and night swimming with the kids, something they will remember. On top of all this, one more important thing, the host. Emanuele is a wonderful person and a great host. Cake, wine, coffee were waiting for us upon arrival and he surprised us when we left. He was also very helpful in terms of interesting places to explore the Marche region. If you are looking for accommodation in Marché and manage to spend either a vacation or a few days in this place, you can say that you were really lucky in your choice.

Negative: We'd be hard-pressed to find anything we didn't like about this place. Actually, we didn't make it. We managed to find an amazing place for our stay in Marche.

Positive: Staying at Agriturismo Pascucci was an absolutely awesome experience with family. The peaceful location and wonderful surroundings made it a perfect getaway. Communication after the reservation was clear and helpful. Emanuele met us upon arrival and thoroughly explained all the property facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious homemade apple pie and a bottle of Italian wine waiting for us in the fridge. Some places you just don't want to leave, and Agriturismo Pascucci is definitely one of them for us.

Negative: Agriturismo Pascucci had nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: Very nice situated on top hill.. Friendly and helpfull owner. Bottle of red and white wine at arrival as well as some cake. Clean in- and outside the room.

Negative: We missed water cooker in the kitchen, but this.is minor detail.

Positive: The house has an amazing location and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool situated on the property. Emanuele was a very kind and responsive host, who welcomed us with a pie on the kitchen table, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a pack of coffee capsules.. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a nice holiday in Marche.

Positive: Beautiful views, nice swimming pool, very complete kitchen + cutlery, and a very friendly host. Also great airco (per room), which was a bit necessary for us 1 night. Easy to reach as well. There are some reviews about the last bit of the road uphill to be difficult. We experienced (brand new) tarmac, so no problem at all to drive up to the place. The city Tolentino is around the corner with some nice places for a coffee, fresh meat (salameria) or pasta (pasticceria) near the main square, but also bakery or restaurants. Plus it's only 30min drive to the coast, with in between many other nice towns/cities.

Negative: Actually nothing. Some tips perhaps; create ways for a bit more cosy light in the living room/kitchen.

Summary: Nice place with fully equiped rooms and super friendly owners

Positive: Great place for a family holiday, swimming pool, amazing views, good base for Tolentino, Ancona, Macerata, Porto Civitanova. Great and helpful Hosts. Place clean, well equipped, air conditioned. The place is on a hill. Cycling requires good fitness ;) We recommend it!
