Positive: The location is beautiful and quiet and the breakfast was very good.

Negative: Booking.com advertises this property inclusive of linen, yet we received a surprising mail from the agriturismo - after payment - to inform us that sheets and towels could be rented at an extra 20 euro each. Same for aircon, charged at 18 euro. In the end, sheets were provided for free, but if the agriturismo has this policy - booking.com com should make this very clear. It is unlikely anyone would rent a room for a night at 165 euro expecting to bring their own sheets.

Negative: Rooms were spacious but lacked ventilation - either we used the air conditioner, which carries an extra charge, or it was very stuffy. Could use a standing fan!

Negative: I wasn’t aware that there was a surcharge to use the air conditioning . I was surprise as as expected , air conditioning or at least a fan should be available

Positive: We arrived on a cold night and were received in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, how could it start better? Later I learned the wine I had was made with grapes from the property. Roberto is quite a character, a chef with a few books published on the excellence of Italian cuisine (after returning home I ended up buying one online at abebooks). For breakfast we had fresh orange juice with cake, bread and jams all made right there. After eating more than I probably should we engaged in a pleasant conversation with our host about Italian food, his career as a chef and his life, while tasting his own homemade Limoncello. In the end we had a tour through the grounds. Here time really goes slower and I could finally have the bucolic feeling I was looking for when planning this trip to Tuscany. Unfortunately, so little about this place I knew when I booked only one night; my trip was already almost over and there was no room for a longer stay. Hopefully, there will be a next time.

Positive: We had a wonderful time. Roberto, Claudia, and Teo are great hosts. The house (historical building) and huge garden are absolutely stunning, and the surrounding landscapes are typical of Tuscany. The pool is a bonus, in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. Cortona is just a 10-minute max drive away, and the location is easily accessible by car. It’s a perfect, very peaceful location. The nearest shop is a 5-minute drive, and larger supermarkets are 10 minutes away, in Camucia. We will return here whenever we have the chance because we had such a wonderful experience and the house is perfect for feeling and exploring Tuscany. Thank you for the wonderful stories and for making us feel so welcome.

Positive: Such a beautiful property. Surrounded by vines and forest. We loved the quiet. Our apartment was comfortable and clean. Claudia made contact with us daily to check in and shared her lovely wine too
