Positive: A very nice place, close to the little village Portese and a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach. Very beautiful area, and we enjoyed living in an ancient farm building. Very kind hosts.

Negative: Probably a bit off if you don't travel by car. No air conditioning, so we had to chose between very hot inner temperature/closed windows and open windows/moscitoes.
