Positive: We only stayed one night, so we did not use all of the facilities, but restaurant was clean and breakfast was good. Beautiful views, and lots of animals to see. Well planned layout for an evening stroll.

Negative: Rooms could use a bit of TLC, and WiFi was very weak in the room, but waking up to the beautiful view was worth it.

Positive: The view from the restaurant was amazing. They had goats, sheep, chickens and cows which I loved. The girl at the restaurant and the lady at breakfast were lovely.

Negative: The host/s (different ones on different days) were not as friendly as expected. I was asked many times if I wanted to have dinner at the property even before arriving, which I found inconsiderate as if you have not even been there before, how do you decide? I believe if you are offering a dinner service, it should be available regardless, or you need to specify that dinner is available only if booked the day before or the morning. I asked them to book a taxi to go to Tivoli centre. Taxy took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and it wasn't a registered taxi, just a normal car with an unlicensed driver. No receipt or card payment was available. Reception is a mile away from the rooms, so if you have suitcases, it it quite a trek to go up and down without a car. No help was offered. I booked a triple room but it was just a normal double room, I cannot imagine how much smaller a normal double is. We could barely open both of our suitcases. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Summary: Beautiful place, but not sure i will go back.

Positive: We stayed in a cosy cottage. Bed was very comfortable. Scenery and views are breathtaking. Breakfast consisted of many pastries, cold meats and cheeses, local honey. Staff were very helpful.

Negative: Access up the stairs to the cottage could be improved.

Summary: We were there in the low season so it was very peaceful. Highly recommend this place.

Positive: The quality of the fit of the bedroom was very good. The views were fantastic. Bed brilliant

Negative: We were told very late that the restaurant wouldn’t be open which forced us to change our plans significantly. There was no attempt to apologise or help us get an alternative set up. When we arrived we did not feel very welcomed. Thankfully the room was great and the reception team were more friendly in the morning. The Pinocchio’s were quite spooky.

Summary: Great room with spectacular view. Don’t expect much TLC out of season.
