Positive: Lovely host and staff, comfortable apartment, fabulous dinner and breakfast. Would return any time.

Positive: Liked the peace and quiet of the location. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen. Would like to personally thank our host for her invaluable help when my wife was rushed to hospital for an overnight stay.

Negative: A few important kitchen items not there eg electric kettle, but otherwise nothing too worrying.

Positive: We lived on the ground floor, at the back of the main building hosting the restaurant and we had a table and chairs and sun loungers on the terrace just outside our front door, where we had breakfast and dinner, with a fantastic view of surrounding fields and hills. The flat was spacious, the bed comfortable. The shower worked well, the water was warm. There was a microwave and the fridge was large with a freezer section. We could park the car near our door. There was generally a lot of space, we never had the feeling of being cramped with other tourists. We loved how the family who owns the farm treated us. They were very human and welcoming (and can speak English) and gave us a lot of good advice and explanations concerning the food prepared at their restaurant. The two meals we had in the restaurant were memorable, handmade fresh pasta, truffles.... We would definitely come back and we can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday destination. It's very good for people who like being in contact with nature, on an "agriturismo" run for several generations by the same family.

Negative: The equipment in the kitchen could be reviewed. Basic things like salt and pepper, a cheese grater for example, wine glasses and a kettle would have been useful.
