Positive: New comfortable B&B surrounded with apple gardens. Amazing breakfast. Parking.
Negative: Unfortunately, it was not possible to enjoy the balcony or open the window because of the smell from the farm right next to the window (triple room)

Positive: Wonderful hosts, beautiful property in a mountainous area near Bolzano. Peaceful place, everything is as good as in a fairy tale. Everything is clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, large parking lot. Any recommendation for the facility and hosts.😀

Positive: Almost brand new accommodation with manager Jessica for whom nothing seems to much ! Ask and she will be glad to help you with a smile ! When we arrived there was a problem to charge our EV. Both Jessica and her husband did everything they could to solve the problem with the Charing pole. They were genuinely annoyed with the problem and did everything to get it solved for which we thank them. Great breakfast options and very nice facilities. Also, quiet as there were only us and one other couple present.
Negative: It was unclear to us how the cooling / ventilation in the rooms functioned. Maybe a tip to explain this to the guests upon arrival, but this is just some positive feedback to improve things even more.

Positive: FENICE is the smartest Agriturismo I've stayed in, it's more like a boutique hotel, the accommodation is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, the owner is very helpful, there is a great selection at breakfast with lots of homemade produce included to enjoy
