Positive: Host was super nice and extremely communicative. Did his best to accommodate our requests. Location is a short 12ish mins walk to TRX/MRT station, 15ish mins walk to BBintang area. Some restaurants nearby but didn't try, not much choice for local breakfast though.

Negative: The lifts in this apt block are fast BUT a) The security tagging to engage the lift for the various floors sucks. It takes many tries to get the floor you want locked in, and it is extremely difficult to do that when many guests tries to get their floor registered on the lift. I have taken the lift up and down 3 times once, before it registered to my floor. b) Never take the lift if you can help it between 1045am-12+ noon - check out time. If you are on the intermediate floors, be prepared to wait for several lifts to pass you by before you can get on (maybe 10-15 mins wait). To get around this, perhaps, ride the lift up to get your spot in the lift c) the lifts do not have fans blowing, much less AC - extremely hot and stuffy when crowded. I dread to think if the lift is stuck in between floors! There is security, but there is no security per se - anybody can walk in and out of the compound, and I guess one needs a card to go up the floors, but given the number of guests coming in and out, it is easy to tailgate Apartment itself is smallish, bathroom is small. Kitchen is functional for heating things up, not for cooking. Reasonably clean but dusty (Host was willing to send cleaners up to clean mid stay when we requested).

Summary: This apartment is hosted by a very nice host. The apt block is centrally located but very busy
