Positive: Amazing view, nice balcony and building itself, infinity pool, good location.

Negative: Need to sign outside of booking.com contract with a deposit for damages. If parking near the property is full (more or less 6 spaces for double of apartments) there is no parking nearby or very hard to find

Negative: We didn’t like the lack of parking places. Very uncomfortable coming back from a night in the city, not being able to park.

Negative: The flat is very simple only suitable for short stay. No hoover to clean. No cushion for outside. Very humid with trace of mould in the bedroom Sewage and pee smell in the bathroom which is not due to the wind (as I was told) Nothing to clean properly the flat

Positive: Views are fantastic! Nothing compares! We visited during non peak season so we actually had private access to swimming pool. Parking is abundant and private. Access is via online link, and works fine.

Negative: It wasn’t explicitly clear that there is absolutely nothing in walking distance … given the property is at the top of a hill the 20 min walk to city center is more like 40 mins especially on way back. The property had full potential to become luxury stay if given attention to small details.
