Positive: The rooms are simply but equipped enough, clean and comfortable for a few days long stay. There is a beautiful garden, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy much because of the weather. The surroundings are stunning, with plenty of places to visit and wonderful nature and hiking opportunities nearby. There was a little confusion about calculating the final price, which took some time and a rather long discussion to sort out, but in the end everything was resolved. And I’ve saved the best for last: our lovely host, Amalya. Despite the language barrier, we had some really nice conversations with her. She is warm and welcoming, and her food is absolutely delicious, definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Positive: We spent two nights at this accommodation with our two small children. It felt a bit like coming to stay with grandma for a holiday. Our host, Mrs. Amélia, was very kind and welcoming. She prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners for us using produce grown in her wonderful garden. During the day, we would have coffee together, and the children loved going with her to feed the chickens and collect eggs. The rooms were adequately equipped, and the cleanliness was rather average. The only real downside was that it was quite cold inside, probably around 18°C. We slept warmly dressed, and we preferred not to shower the children in the evening. If we had stayed for a few more days, we would definitely have needed to address the temperature issue with a heater. For just two nights, though, it was manageable.

Positive: We spent 2 nights at this delightful B&B. Amalia and her husband made us very welcome as if we were were staying with family. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with all ingredients sourced from her extensive farm garden. Amalia showed us many interesting plants and their uses. The property has parking on-site and is just a short walk from Odzun Church and the trailhead to the Odzun-Horomayr-Kobayr hike. A highlight in Armenia.

Positive: The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home. She does speak some German if that is useful to you (it was for us). Room was comfortable, had nice A/C on a warm day. I recommend the hike down the canyon to the Kobayr Monastery, which you can start from the B&B. Odzun is a good place to see village life in Armenia.

Positive: Ever wonder what it would be like to stay with family in Armenia? I mean the ones you really like, not your family at Thanksgiving. Then stay here! Amalia was the consumate delightful, very friendly hostess, her husband a hard-working, lovely man, and her sister Melania and husband Nicol(sp), who were visiting from Yerevan were also great. All immediately accepted me into their lovely family and home. Despite the language barrier, we used Google Translate and had no problems, lots of laughs and honestly I felt a real connection to such delightful people. Food was delicious, varied and healthy coming mostly from Amalia' extensive garden of which she is justly proud and gave me the tour. There are also lots of flowers, making it a really cheerful and peaceful spot, literally just a couple of minutes from the church and a little market. The room was very comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed and the bed was great. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Positive: Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!
Negative: If I had to pick anything, agree with other reviewers that they duvet are a bit small for two people especially if one of them hogs the sheets

Positive: Highly recommend staying here if traveling in this area. Owners are very welcoming and hospitable (not fluent in English but do speak German if applicable). Delicious meals with vegetables grown in on-site garden (plus homemade apricot brandy!). Also a short walk from Odzun Funerary Monument.

Positive: The room is located at the owner property, near her house. She has a really nice garden where you can relax and enjoy life. There are tables and benches outside where you can eat, but in case of a bad weather there is a shared big kitchen with dinning table inside. The owner made for us a nice dinner and good breakfast. If you come with a car, you can park it on the property. The owner was really nice, luckly she knew a bit german so we could talk a bit :) we also help each other with google translate.
Negative: The blanket for the bed was a bit too small for two people. But it was not a critical thing.

Positive: Lovely little place ideally located in Odzun, situated about two minutes from Odzun Church, and three minutes from the trailhead of the Odzun—Horomayr—Kobayr hike. The highlight is, of course, the wonderful warm reception that awaits you here :) The host is truly friendly and welcoming, a joy to talk to. We felt at home for our entire stay.
