Positive: Great location, just 10–15 minutes from beautiful beaches. The kitchen is well equipped and the large well-maintained garden was perfect for the kids. Everything was clean, the host was very responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Negative: It would be great if the water pressure could be adjusted, as it was a bit low at times.

Positive: Perfect for a summer vacation with a car. There are 3 nice beaches 10/15 mins away. The house has everything we needed - air conditioner, big kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, laundering machine, nice porch for dining outside. The owner was very polite with us, he even left us a gift - watermelon :) The overall experience was wonderful.

Positive: Very lovley, clean house with all necessary amenities. The host was very kind and responsive. We asked for iton board and we had right away on the next day. He has prepared lovely gifts for us as well! There is a fantastic big garden where kids can play. There is a big supermarket nearby with fresh meat and vegetables. The closest beach that we liked most is Mangana, but also Erasmiu and Mirodato were nice ones. You have to drive to those- 10-15 mins. The place is a good starting point to places like Xanthi (it is closest), Kavala and Keramoti. There is this lovely small dog outside thr house that would come to you, please don’t ignore her and give her food and water- she is such a cutie! We called her Nenka :)

Positive: We were very happy with our stay, our children also enjoyed it very much, because it had a big garden for them to play. The location was near Xanthi, and at the same time far from noise and crowded places. Our host was also very kind. I would say, beyond expectation. We thank them sincerely.

Positive: The place was clean. The rooms were good size. It had big yard. The AC was working fine. The communications with the owner were easy and clear. There were books available to read (unfortunately only in Greek) and toys for the kid to play.

Negative: The neighbors have rooster and you can hear it around 6 or 6:30 in the morning. (but it is not too intrusive; I have heard much louder roosters in other villages) The beds' mattresses were a bit too hard for my taste.

Positive: Amazing house in a quite village. It's 10min far away with car from the Myrodato beach. It is a really clean house, and it has everythink you will need. The house has a nice yard, barbecue and nice porchway. The host was really kind and helpful, he even gave us one more night for free. Definitely would visit this place again.
