Positive: Absolutely everything was excelent! Beautiful hotel with all you need - nice and very clean rooms, air conditioning, plenty of space, all equipment, refreshment, pool, gym… Everything pefect to the detail. Very nice and helpful staff - thanks for everything! Excelent breakfast - fresh orange juice, caprese, fresh bread, fruit, …, water during the day. Very good location, close to the main sightseeings, nice restaurants around, but quiet during the night (especially with windows into the courtyard). Bikes for free are perfect and we made a nice trip along the coast. All the design, details and atmosphere was great and we very much enjoyed our 2-nights stay!

Positive: We stayed in Livorno for just one night, and this place was so great that we regretted staying for such a short time. Excellent hotel with a fantastic location, perfect both for exploring the city and for ferry travel (very close to the port). We had to get up very early for the ferry, before breakfast service started, so we were provided with a meal to-go, which we could choose from a large menu. The staff was very helpful, there was good communication with them both on-site and before our arrival. If we ever return to Livorno, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Summary: Probably the best hotel in Livorno :)

Positive: Great one night stop off before boarding cruise ship at Livorno following day. Roberta and Camilla were outstanding with regards to customer care. We will return again here again for a few nights next time. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.
