Positive: Very good location and a nice and friendly host. The room has all the basics plus a little kitchenette, where one can prepare their own meal. The beach is right below the property, 3 min walk. The room had a lovely balcony with a sea view, large enough to sit, relax, and have a drink or a meal.

Negative: The bathroom is a bit too tiny.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay, we loved the location and the view. The host was very friendly.

Positive: It was truly a paradise. We got a room with two balconies, one with a spectacular view of the sea and the sunrise, and another with a view of the mountains behind the property. The place was very clean, the host replaced our towels and bedsheets every two days, and tidied up the place, better than staying at a hotel. At the end of our stay he even left us a small gift, which was very nice of him. The place was very quiet, great for taking a break. We always found a parking spot in the yard. I will recommend and try to come back in the future.

Negative: More a review of the access to the beach, not the property. There was only one thing that guests should know, it's not something I didn't like, and it won't affect a future holiday at Agatha studios. The property has direct acces to Paradise Beach, yet the road is unpaved and very steep. Not that bad, seeing that the beach also has access for cars, yet it might be difficult to find a parking spot if you arrive after 10am.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The room was big and clean. We had to balconies, one with a sea view. We loved it and definitely will come back again ❤️

Positive: Great location. Quiet place. Clean and comfortable room. Two balconies with table and chairs. Clean sheets and towels were changed twice for our 4-day stay. Nice garden. Very friendly owner.
