Perfect home to spend family vacations in sunny Florida. We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, open concept floor plan, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, Dish TV, internet. Drives to the local beaches range from 15-45 minutes, We have a private setting so you can fully relax and enjoy your time away from everyday hassles! We are located just a mile from many restaurants, Wall Mart, Sam's Club, bowling, ice cream shops and more. Our neighborhood is fairly undeveloped. Our screened in lanai offers a refreshing heated pool, gas grill, dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and floating chairs for the pool.
Our Master bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, Roku TV, nightstands and large window overlooking the pool. The bathroom offers a walk-in closet, double sinks, private toilet, garden tub and a corner shower. Bedroom # 2 (Beach room) offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstands and closet. The window overlooks the back yard. The third bedroom (Turtle room) offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstands and closet. There is a bathroom and laundry room located between the bedrooms. There is a pocket door that separates these rooms from the main living room for additional privacy. The main living room has a comfortable couch with a chaise lounger, Smart TV w/DISH Tv and a DVD player. A conversation/reading room is located off the kitchen next to the dining room. It has 4 chairs, an ottoman and 2 side tables with lights. The kitchen also has a bar with 4 swivel bar chairs. The dining table has seating for 6 and is the perfect place to challenge each other to card and board games. Love to play board games or cards? We have you covered! We have a multitude of games and card games along with several puzzles.
If you need extra beds, we offer a comfortable queen-sized roll away Murphy bed ( there is room in the Master bedroom or by the dining table).
Going to the beach? We have chairs to take to the beach along with towels, and beach blanket. We also have the necessary tools for finding sharks teeth.
We also have several bikes from toddlers to adults for your use. A stroller is provided for small children.

Summary: It’s our second time staying at Cathy’s place. We choose it because our kids love the pool and close proximity to all the attractions, my dog loves the backyard and my husband and I love it because it offers peace and quiet and privacy! It’s the best place to stay! It makes you want to buy a house and move to Port Charlotte!!

Summary: Amazing time! My husband and I went with our son, our friend and her son, both kids 9/10 yrs old. The place is perfect. Plenty of space for both families. Set the kids up in one room together, yet they preferred to set the extra mattress up in the living room for the TV. There was also a Murphy bed available. So there could’ve slept a few more people had we needed to! Close to Walmart, Target, Aldi, Dollar stores for any supplies needed, yet aside from groceries, anything we could’ve asked for was available. Nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. We had intentions of using the bikes available but spent most of our time at the house on the porch playing games provided while kids played in pool with the floaties and pool toys that were there for our use. Went to Venice Beach and Boca Grande; both about 40 min drive which was reasonably close. They each had a different vibe, Boca Grande was absolutely beautiful! Short drive into Punta Gorda for a tiki boat tour, which was a huge hit for kids and adults; we had dolphin sightings and one came up to our boat. TT’s Tiki bar on the water is one of our favorites to hang out for drinks while kids play outdoor games.Used the grill provided for dinner one night and also ventured out to the Twisted Fork a few times, for dinner and drinks and live music. Location was centrally located to anything we wanted to see/do, yet not as crowded as Fort Myers area spring breakers. We are already talking about booking again. Loved our stay!!

Summary: Overall a decent experience. We arrived Sunday when entering the home the process was simple but we smelt garbage immediately when entering the home there were several wasp nests on the roof of the foyer entrance. When entering the garage both garbage cans were over flowing with trash and could not be placed out until Wednesday. And the ants on the kitchen counter were impossible even with traps all over the counter and floor and we cleaned the counter tops constantly trying to rid the ants. It was a beautiful open house the beds were very comfortable, the pool water was warm and perfect temperature, the bedrooms were very spacious. The beach towels and other accessories was a blessing. Other than the few small issues it was accomidtable to its description.
