Positive: The apartment is located in a quiet area. It has clean rooms and comfortable beds. It is relatively close to the train station, about 10min walk. The host is helpful and cool. I can only recommend!

Positive: Bijoy was lovely, incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. The checkin was very easy - he provided photos and videos of every step. The room was nice and clean. There was also a communal kitchen - also spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: It was probably my mistake, but to me it wasnt clear upon booking that the bathrooms are shared. Altough they were nice as well, i did see hairs in the sink and dirty towels on the floor. It is not at all Bijoy's fault though, but it did bother me a bit. Pet fee is 15 euros, which i think is a bit high as well but i am happy my dog could stay with me.

Positive: It was a very nice stay: location is quite close to Piazza Principe train station, it was easy to get there from the airport, even quite late in the evening. Bijoy is very proactive, he provided all the necessary info, photos and videos on check-in process, it was very easy to get into the flat and find the room. The whole apartment is very clean, including shared bathrooms and the kitchen. The bedroom is basic, but sufficient. It was safe and quiet during the night. The kitchen is full-size, has all what you need for making your meals. Overall a very good impression and I would stay again when visiting Genova.

Positive: I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Genoa. A major advantage is the location—a 5-minute walk from the train station. A 20-minute walk to the city center and the promenade. Communication with the owner is excellent—polite, friendly, and very helpful. He also speaks fluent English. The apartment with a private bathroom has a bathroom outside the room. However, guests receive a key, so the bathroom is their own. The room has a comfortable bed, a dresser, a chair, and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. It's quite noisy with the window open, but that didn't bother me. Guests can use the well-equipped kitchen. The entire apartment is very clean.
