Positive: Quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy & close with only steps to access the entrance. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s a beautiful outside area to relax & enjoy.

Summary: We would stay again if in this area. Also close to a grocery store & church.

Positive: The host was very nice and ready to answer any requests, he also provided us with a parasol for the beach and some useful information via text message about the facilities nearby. We really liked the room. The bed were comfortable and the area was quite. The house always kept absolutely spotless and we appreciated the rubbish collection with separated bins in the garden, it might sound weird but this made our life as guests very easy in terms on how to divide the rubbish. The host provided enough food and drinks for breakfasts and the cupboard and the fridge were replenished daily. Excellent host, we highly recommend it.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like, just a small suggestion: it could be useful to provide the house, maybe on the table in the kitchen, with some leaflets or business cards of the facilities nearby. So the host doesn't have to be bothered to be asked for restaurants or beaches in the area, especially if you are not familiar with the language. Ittiri is a small village, not far from Sassari and Alghero but unfortunately there aren't many restaurants or cafes near the house but the central area can be easily reached on foot. There is a Eurospin and a Conad supermarket 10 minutes walk from the house, but we arrived on a Sunday and everything was closed. Being Sardinia famous for cured meat and bread, a couple of big kitchen knives in the cutlery drawer would be useful.

Positive: The owners are really nice and child friendly. There is a big kitchen and a nice garden. A supermarket is nearby. Everything is clean and neat.

Positive: The hosts were very nice, the room was excellent, very spacious and a lovely balcony. The kitchen was very useful and they have a nice back yard to hang out in.

Negative: The only thing I would suggest is that the hosts provide oil for the kitchen, I think the basics are nice to have so you don’t need to buy a big bottle of oil just for 2 nights when you’re traveling on the road.

Summary: We felt very comfortable in this nice little place with a great location if you are looking for something cheaper!

Positive: The apartment was great, the spacious bathroom wasn't in the room but it was a few meters from the room and it was our own. The common kitchen was equipped. The room was nice. The owner and the staff was extremely helpful and nice!
