Positive: Super cozy rooms with great views on the mountains! A nice Italian breakfast in the morning and the option to have dinner at the place in the evening are definitely a plus!

Negative: Apparently you need to pay extra for the spa facilities (was not fully aware of this when booking)

Positive: The location is magnificent, with breathtaking views over the Alps. There's all you need to enjoy your stay: a comfortable clean room, a cosy setting, great staff willing to make you feel at home, delicious food both in the evening and morning, and a great pool and kids playground in the garden with a view over the valley. Simply amazing. Everything was easy. We will come back for sure.

Negative: I am really curious what anyone can say there's not to like. The wifi is a bit flaky but everything else exceeded our expectations several times over, over several dimensions, so this was by far negligible.

Negative: Quality and quantity of the food, poor breakfast( always luck of components) Dinner both 2 times no taste at all… Nothing green not even a tomato, salad… Fridge is all for everyone which is very uncomfortable. The room number 5 d’Hicham is the most expensive you can hear all spa and jacuzzi people talking listening to the music and having fun which is normal. Not normal is you feel as if you are together with them… till 22:00. So no rest. Jacuzzi 30€ for 2 hours overpriced.

Summary: Worse it only for hiking around, food you find yourself alone in the area.

Positive: The staff was nice and check-in was super easy. The views over the mountains are also a plus and the breakfast was very good.

Negative: We were not allowed to use the jacuzzi with our kid (5 years old) and this was a big disappointment for us - the jacuzzi available with a booking system was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay at this place. While I get the concern that the jacuzzi can be too hot, maybe you could provide a formulary that we would have to sign as being responsible in case anything happens? While the diner was good, it was a bit on the expensive side. We also had to book the table way in advance when checking in (we were informed that not many tables were available) and at the end, there was just us and another table.

Positive: This is when property exceeds the expectation. Pictures are nowhere near to what the actual great look of the place is. The place is much better than how it’s been described by the host. Staff is amazing and very welcoming.
